App Store Download Mac Os
My main work station (iMac) has been running so slow I've decided to dust off my old Mac pro. I'd forgotten how fast it is or maybe I've just gotten used to working on my incredibly slow iMac!? Anyway, the only issue with my Mac pro is that I'm running OS 10.6.8 - making my browsing near impossible / insecure. But, when I visit the app store to update my system I can't download anything at all. I click on the 'get' button and nothing.
I've obviously restarted a number of times, I've enable debug mode on the app store, I've emptied the cache and reset the app store via the debug menu, signed out and in again, restarted again... still nothing. I even set up a new apple ID to try as I was running out of ideas.searched these forums (and others) and I can only find stuff related to an issue Apple were having with their servers, all these threads are now quite old so I imagine those issues have been fixed?
